AARP Credit Card is issued by Chase Bank USA. It is a Rewards credit card which is offered by American Association of Retired Persons (AARP). The card can be used wherever VISA/Mastercard is accepted worldwide. One does not need to be AARP member to apply for this card which is a common misconception. Logging into your AARP Credit Card account is very simple and secure. Once logged in, you can check last 5 transactions, pay outstanding balance and check reward points. How to Login

Follow the guide shared below to sign-in into your credit card account:

Step 1: Navigate to the AARP Credit Card login page by using this – web link.

Step 2: You need to enter ‘User ID’ and Password in the respective fields.

Step 3: Click on “Log In to Accounts” button.
If you are accessing your account from any public place do not click on “Remember Me” button.

If your credentials are correct, you will be able to login into your account.

Bill Payment/Make Payment

Chase Bank (issuer of the card) offers a variety of ways to pay your AARP Credit Card bill. Choose the one which is easier for you:

1) Online – To pay your credit card bill, simply login into your online account. Once logged in, visit “Pay dues” web page.

2) Phone Payment – One can pay their credit card bill over the phone. Call on 1 (800) 432-3117 and follow the instructions.

3) By Mail – One can send checks and money orders to the following billing address

4) At the branch – You can pay your bill at any of the Chase Bank USA, N.A. branch.

Forgot Username or Password

First, goto credit card page. Then, click on ‘Forgot Username/Password’ button on the middle section of the screen. For security purpose, fill the following data: Email Address, Username, Last 4 digits of Social Security Number, Zip Code and answer the security questions.

Credit Card Activation

If you have just received your card, refer the guide given below to activate your card:


Step 1: Navigate to the AARP Credit Card activation page by using this – web link.

Step 2: You need to choose your account type.

Step 3: Enter your Account Number and Last 4 digits of Social Security Number.

Step 4: Click on Next button.

On the final page, you will be given the option to set your username/password. Your card will be get activated, after following above steps.

Report Loss of Card

If you have lost your credit card, contact customer support by calling on 1 (800) 432-3117, to inform about the incident. Support staff will ask questions to verify your identity. Upon successful verification, your old will be deactivated and a new one will be issued.
